Thank you for purchasing from Squire. If you are not fully satisfied due to a defect or problem with your microphone, we are here to help.
1. Product not working or Arrives Damaged
If your microphone does not work or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt.
- Email support@squire.eu with your order number, a description of the issue, and (where applicable) photos or video.
- If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. We will repair or replace your microphone free of charge. If a replacement or repair is not possible, we will issue a refund.
2. Lost Shipment
If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will verify with the carrier. Lost items will be replaced at no cost.
3. No Ongoing Warranty or Change-of-Mind Returns
No warranty is provided after delivery has been accepted and the product confirmed operational. Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons other than the microphone not working or damage/loss upon delivery.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds (when applicable) are processed to your original payment method once we have received and inspected your returned product.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.
5. Conditions
- Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt.
- Warranty is void if damage is caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, accident, or improper handling.
- All returns must include the original packaging and all accessories.
